摘要 目的:探讨16层螺旋CT基于Sure-Start的三维重建技术在泌尿系疾病检查的应用价值。方法:对28例16层螺旋CT泌尿系增强的病例进行分析。结果:肾癌2例,皮质期强化明显,实质期密度迅速下降,呈特征性的"快进快出"改变;囊肿(包括多囊肾)6例,三期均无强化;结核10例,显示输尿管管壁不规则增厚,结核还显示"串珠状"特征性改变;泌尿系结石8例,表面遮盖重建(SSD)不同色彩显示结石最好;先天畸形2例,最大强度投影法(MIP)、表面遮盖重建(SSD)能直观显示。结论:基于Sure-Start的三维重建技术在泌尿系疾病增强有较高的应用价值。 Objective: To explore the value 16-slice Spiral CT with sure-start software and 3D reconstruction in the diseases of urological system. Methods: 28 cases with urological system disease were performed by 16-slice Spiral CT enhancement scanning.Results: Among the 28 cases,there were 2 cases of renal carcinoma,6 cases of renal cyst,10 cases of ureteral infections,8 cases of ureteral calculus and 2 cases of congenital urinary malformations,which were showed to image findings ConcluSion: sure-start software and 3D reconstruction are of great value to the evaluation of diseases of urological system
