摘要
氮气钻井技术是在空气钻井技术发展的基础上发展起来的。在空气钻井过程中,钻遇天然气时容易引起井下燃爆,于是开展了气基流体氮气、气体型流体充氮气以及氮气泡沫流体的研究与应用工作。介绍了氮气钻井完井作业的实施条件、现场制氮的方法及技术要求、气基流体氮气的循环系统以及氮气用于提高机械钻速、保护油气层的应用效果。氮气钻井技术在辽河、四川、吐哈等油田的应用取得了明显的经济效益。
Compared with natural gas in gas drilling,nitrogen is safe as a drilling fluid because it is an inert gas incapable of exploding.This paper introduced extensively the application of nitrogen as the base fluid of gas drilling and the technology requirement in field practices and other related issues.Nitrogen gas drilling fluid was widely used in Liaohe,Sichuan and Tuha oilfields.
