摘要 一般气体钻井选择空气作为循环流体,但是在某些地质构造及大多数含有天然气的地层中,应用空气进行钻井、修井、完井时,易发生井下失火、爆炸等事故,造成较大的经济损失。因此在现有气体钻井设备基础上,大量实践证明,利用气基流体柴油机尾气和充气(柴油机尾气)及柴油机尾气泡沫流体的钻井工艺技术是能满足钻井修井作业的。选择柴油机尾气作为循环流体进行钻井的目的是避免井下着火、爆炸的发生。由于柴油机尾气钻井的成本低于氮气、天然气钻井的成本,因而在某些地区被得到了广泛利用。介绍了柴油机尾气钻井的工艺技术及其应用。 This paper introduced the technology and application of exhaust gas from diesel engines as the base fluid in gas drilling.Air,as the most common base fluid in gas drilling,sometimes brought about fire disasters if natural gas-bearing formation was drilled.The exhaust gas from diesel engines,on the other hand,was a practical and safe base fluid(including foam mud formulated with the exhaust gas) for use in drilling these formations,and did not gave rise to fire and explosion.The exhaust gas also had a lower cost compared with nitrogen and natural gas,and thus were widely used in gas drilling.
