摘要
哈萨克斯坦滨湖地区一开大井眼中存在高压浅水层,要求钻井液密度为1.60 g/cm3,加之钻速较快,地层严重造浆,钻井液性能很难控制,致使井下复杂情况频繁发生。针对该地区情况制定出了钻井液技术方案和工程措施。现场应用结果表明,第1口井钻井液性能稳定,施工作业安全顺利,钻井周期比前5口井平均缩短49%,钻井液材料成本降低38%;第2口又比第1口井材料成本降低了20%。
In drilling the top hole of the wells in Icelake,Kazakhstan,a mud density of 1.6 g/cm3 was required to control the high-pressure shallow water zones.Drilling fluid properties became difficult to manipulate because of the severe mud making formations and the greater ROP,which led to frequent downhole troubles to occur.A set of drilling fluid techniques was then engineered in an effort to minimize the downhole problems.The field practices showed that the drilling time for the first well was 49% less than the 5 wells previously drilled,and the cost for the mud materials was reduced by 38%,while the second well further reduced the mud cost by 21% compared with the first well on which the mud techniques were applied.
