摘要
川渝东部气田的地质倾角大、多压力系统并存、压力系数高、天然气中含高浓度硫化氢。针对该地区的地层特点,天东97X井采用高抗硫聚合醇-钾聚磺钻井液钻井。现场应用结果表明,该钻井液性能稳定,具有一定的防塌性、剪切稀释性和润滑防卡性能,并且具有悬浮携岩能力和抑制造浆能力强、高温稳定性好等特点,较好地解决了该井岩屑床的形成、微裂缝发育地层的防塌和大斜度井中起下钻摩阻大时的防卡难题,满足了该气田复杂水平深井钻井需要。
The formations in the East Chuanyu gas field had big dip angles,high pressure coefficients and high concentrations of hydrogen sulfide.A poly glycol/potassium treated sulfonated polymer mud was used to drill the troublesome formations.This mud had stable properties,shear-thinning characteristics and good lubricity.The cutting beds,collapse of the fractured formations and the friction in the high angle deviated hole section were all minimized because of the good carrying capacity,inhibition and temperature tolerance of the mud.
