颅内肿瘤的显微激光手术治疗

Microscopic laser operation for treatment of intracranial tumor

目的：研究显微激光手术治疗脑瘤的经验包括仪器合理使用、适应证和不同部位与性质的脑瘤的处理。方法：手术采用Ｚｅｉｓｓ手术显微镜及其配套的激光仪，治疗双侧各类脑瘤，分析激光手术效果。结果：２２例中１７例达到显微镜下肿瘤全切，其中桥脑小脑角表皮样囊肿２例、额顶脑膜瘤３例、胶质瘤７例、垂体瘤３例、小脑转移瘤２例。术后恢复良好，随访３月～１２月，ＣＴ复查无复发。５例次全切除。结论：显微－激光手术符合微袭神经外科原则，有利于脑瘤切除术。

Objective: To study the use of microscopic laser operation for treatment of intracranial tumors including proper use of the equipments, indication and the effect of this method. Methods: Using Zeiss microscope and the laser machine set in operative treatment of 22 cases of brain tumors. Results: 17 out of 22 cases resulted grossly total resection of the tumors the postoperative course of the patients were satisactory, no tumor recurrence during 3～12 month in CT following up, 5 cases were of partial removal of the tumors. Conclusion: The microscopic laser operations is facilitate and benefit to resection of different brain tumors. Proper use of the machine is important.
