摘要
自动烹饪机器人(简称AIC)的问世,打破了传统的菜肴质量评价体系。运用模糊数学的概念,借用模糊评价的基本理论,设计的AIC菜肴质量模糊评价的综合标准的模型是一个更加科学的菜肴质量评价体系。它对一般的人工制作的菜肴的质量评价同样具有指导意义。
The advent of AIC brings a big challenge to the traditional dish quality evaluation system. The application of the idea of fuzzy mathematics and the basic theory of fuzzy assessment paves the way for the model design of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation standard of AIC dish quality. It is supposed to be a sys- tem more scientific and also instructive for the quality evaluation of hand made dishes.
