摘要
根据多媒体技术在食品专业机械设备课程教学中的应用实践,认为多媒体技术在食品专业机械课程教学中具有优势,是提高食品专业机械设备课程教学效果的重要手段。但它仅仅是现代化教学手段之一,是教学的辅助工具,教师必须针对课程特点和教学目标,遵循课堂教学中以教为主导、学为主体的原则,合理使用多媒体。
Practical application of multimedia technology in food engineering curriculum teaching indicates that it has distinct advantages in teaching activities and it is an important method adopted to improve the teaching efficacy. But as one of modern teaching methods and an auxiliary instrument, multimedia technol- ogy is supposed to be used properly. According to curriculum settings and teaching goal, teachers should abide by the principles: in- class teaching is in guiding position while learning is the principal part.
