摘要
从发生学和目的论角度看,班主任扮演的众多角色,其实质是管理者和德育工作者。考察学校工作现状发现,班主任作为管理者和德育工作者的角色扮演并不到位,存在许多问题。改善班主任工作现状,要求班主任必须在工作中做好"加减法"。
Viewing from geneticism and teleology, the various roles played by the class teachers, essentially speaking, are those of the managers and moral educators. It is found from examining the states of the school work that the role-playing of the class teachers as managers and moral educators is far from perfect, there existing many peoblems. To improve the class teachers' work, it is required that they must learn to make use of"the addition and substraction" during their work,
