为了提高班主任的专业素质和师德素养,奉贤区教师进修学院在实践中摸索出分类指导、分层推进的班主任培训培养模式,即通过新班主任、合格班主任和骨干班主任的研修活动,使他们分别向合格班主任、骨干班主任和教育名师方向发展。
In order to raise the class teachers' professional moral quality, Teachers Further Education College of Fengxian Distric have tried to find out the class teachers training and cultivation patterns with classified guidance and stratified facilitation, that is, by means of the advanced study and training, the new class teachers, qualified class teachers and backbone class teachers could seperately develop towards qualified class teachers, backbone class teachers and excellent teachers.
