摘要
采用特殊染色和免疫组化标记方法对18例颅内袋状动脉瘤组织进行镜下观察和病理分析。观察到袋状动脉瘤的基本组织病理改变为损伤、变性和修复。结果提示脑动脉血流变化对动脉壁的压力作用是动脉瘤产生的原动力;管径较大的血管和较强的机体修复能力是形成大动脉瘤的基础;中小动脉瘤破裂出血的机会相对较多,瘤壁内常伴有出血。本研究对认识颅内袋状动脉瘤的发生规律及其防治有一定临床价值。
Eighteen cases of intracranial saccular aneurysms were studied histopathologically using special stain and immunohistochemical anethods.The results showed that the basic histopathologic changes of saccular aneurysms included damage, degeneration and repair. The primary kinetic force producing an aneurysm originated from an pressure exerting on the arterial wall by changed velocity of blood flow. The larger blood vessel and the stronger repairing ability of the organism were bases for forming large aneurysms. The middle and small aneurysms had frequently the chance of rupture and hemorrhage in wall of aneurysm. The production and development of aneurysms can be influenced by acquired factors. This study is of clinical value for affording some hints for the mechanigm of such aneurysms and their prevention and treatment.
