音乐疗法在鼻中隔偏曲纠正术中的应用研究

A study on application of music relaxation imagination for deflection of nasal septum patients undergoing rectification

[目的]探讨音乐放松疗法对鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲纠正术中病人生命体征及疼痛的影响。[方法]将60例病人随机分为实验组各对照组30例。实验组接受术前、术中常规心理支持疗法和术中音乐放松疗法,对照组则接受术前、术中常规心理支持疗法。观察两组术中心率、血压的变化、疼痛程度、麻醉药用量。[结果]实验组术中心率、血压、疼痛程度及麻醉药用量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]音乐放松作为术中护理干预措施,可消除病人的焦虑情绪,减轻病人术中疼痛,减少麻醉药用量,有利于手术顺利完成。

Objective： To probe into the influence of music relaxation therapy on vital signs and pain of patients with deflection of nasal septum during undergoing rectification under nasal endoscope. Methods： A total of 60 patients were divided into test and control group randomly 30 cases each. Patients in test group accepted routine psychological support therapy before and during operation and music relaxation therapy. However, patients in control group only accepted routine psychological support therapy before and during operation. Then changes of heart rate, blood pressure, pain degree, and dosage of anesthetics of all cases during operation were observed. Results： Heart rate, blood pressure, pain degree, and dosage of anesthetics during operation of the test group cases were much lower than that of control group cases （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： As a nursing intervention measure during operation, music relaxation can eliminate the anxiety feeling of patients, relieve the pain of patients during operation and reduce the dosage of anesthetics, which is profit to finish operation smoothly.
