As a famous comparative educationalist,Edmund JoKing described that comparative education could be considered as the curriculum of teacher education in his book Other Schools and ours--Comparative Studies for Today. The method used in his book is the phenomenological description. As the stream of consciousness,the descriptive letters one by one emerge the real meaning of things. To explain this segment of words from the position of reformist of the curriculum and teaching of teacher education, this paper separates out the informational meaning of this segment of words, opens out the formed principle of the curriculum and teaching of teacher education. Therefore,it gets a new thought for the reformation of teacher education：in order to construct the subject of teacher pedagogy, the reform can be implemented in its own subject field.
