环境内分泌干扰物与糖尿病关系的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 环境内分泌干扰物是指具有潜在的干扰内分泌系统功能的外源性物质,包括多卤芳香烃类、烷基酚、有机氯杀虫剂和除草剂、二英和重金属等。它们不仅能影响人类和动物的生殖、免疫和神经系统,也可以干扰胰岛β细胞的生理功能,促进细胞凋亡,诱发胰岛素抵抗,最终导致糖尿病。确定致糖尿病性环境内分泌干扰物的种类,明确其作用机制,对糖尿病的防治具有重要意义。 Endocrine disruptors comprise a variety of exogenous substances, such as polycyclic aromatic hydro-carbons (PAHs) , alkyl phenolic compounds, organochloropesticides, phytocide, dioxin, heavy metals and so on, which can exert interfering effects on endocrine system potentially. They can affect not only the reproductive, immune and nervous system of human and animal, but also the physiological function of pancreatic beta cell, facilitate apoptosis, induce insulin resistance and lead to diabetes eventually. It is of great significance to identify the diabetogenic environmental endocrine disruptors and the mechanism of their actions for the prevention and management of diabetes.
