摘要
DNA甲基化异常包括全基因组的低甲基化和局部基因的高甲基化。在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中,DNA低甲基化比高甲基化更为常见。DNA甲基化且与肿瘤类型、肿瘤分期及肿瘤侵袭的顺序中表现出相当的特异性。DNA低甲基化对肿瘤的早期诊断和预防有重要意义。
The abnormality of DNA methylation includes global hypomethylation and region-specific hypermeth- ylation. There is often more hypomethylation than hypermethylation of DNA during tumorigenesis and tumor progression. DNA hypomethylation plays an important role in tumorigenesis and tumor progression mainly through influences chromosome stability. DNA hypomethylation often displays considerable specificity with regard to tumor type,tumor stage,and sequences affected. DNA hypomethylation may be of potential use in early detection of tumors and for determining the prognosis.
