摘要
采用虚拟样机技术,使用机械系统动力学自动分析软件ADAMS,对应用UGNX2.0设计的行星式光纤研磨机实体模型进行了研磨轨迹仿真,仿真了系杆转速与研磨盘自转转速在不同转速比的情况下光纤连接器端面中心点相对研磨盘的轨迹,取得了在不同转速比下的研磨轨迹图形,对仿真得出的研磨轨迹进行了分析,并结合研磨技术的要求,得到了理想的研磨轨迹.相对以往通过建立数学方程来求解轨迹的方法,ADAMS则提供了较为准确、快速和直观的轨迹图形,这为研磨轨迹对研磨质量和研磨效率影响的深入研究提供了极大的方便.
Using the virtual prototype technology and the software ADAMS, the polishing movement tracks of the solid-model of the planetary polisher designed by using UGNX2.0 are simulated. The change of tracks of one point on the fiber end-face relative to the polishing plate in different rotation ratio between the bar and the polishing plate is analysed. The polishing tracks patern under the different rotation ratio are obtained and analysed. Combining the polishing requirements, the satisfied tracks for polishing are found.
