动压悬浮流延的动力学特性

摘要 将硬磁盘存储系统中磁头相对磁盘的动压悬浮运动原理运用于电子陶瓷薄膜流延,满足了电子陶瓷薄膜的高精密与超薄化的发展要求.根据流延头与流延辊子的结构和工作原理建立了系统的物理模型和动力学方程式,依据该模型和方程式,利用MATLAB仿真了不同工艺参数下系统的瞬态响应,分析了工艺参数对流延系统稳定性的影响规律,得到了提高系统稳定性的合理工艺参数的选择依据. The fly-slide floating theory of the head-disk in magnetic hard-disk recording devices is used for the fluid flow of tape-casting, in order to satisfy the requirements of high precision and super thin electronic ceramic film in tape casting. Based on the structure and working theory of the tape-casting head and the roll, the physical model, Newton liquid Reynolds equation and the dynamic equation in the tape-casting are established. With the help of the above mentioned models and equations, the transient response in various technological parameters is achieved by MATLAB software. The rules that technological parameters influence on the stability of tape-casting system are analyzed and the choice gist about technological parameters for improving the stability of tape-casting system is obtained.
