Study on Extraction of Radix Paeoniae Rubra by Supercritical Carbon Dioxide and Composition and Antioxidant Activity of Extracts

摘要 运用超临界CO2分离技术萃取野生赤芍中的挥发性成分,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术和邻苯三酚超氧自由基产生法对萃取物的化学成分进行分析和清除研究。研究结果表明,用体积分数为70%乙醇作夹带剂超临界CO2萃取下分离得到的萃取油中主要含有抗菌活性的苯甲酸、苯酚和水杨醇、含有抗氧化作用很强的2-羟基苯甲醛、2-甲氧基-4-乙烯基苯酚、苯酚和与常用的抗氧化剂BHT结构极其相似的2-甲基-5-丁基苯酚。对超氧自由基清除研究显示其IC50达到1.013g/L。野生赤芍可用作性能良好的天然抗菌和抗氧化材料。 Volatile components in wild Paeconia latiflora were extracted by the technique of supercritical CO2 extraction, chemical compositions of the extracts were analyzed by means of GC-MS and their scanvenging functions were studied by ortho-triphenol superoxide radical formation method. Results showed that the extracts obtained by supercritical CO2e xtraction with 70% of ethanol as an entrainer contain mainly benzoic acid, phenol, salicylalcohol with antibiotic activity, 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 2-methoxy-4-vinylphenol, phenol and 2-methyl-5-butylphenol which is very similar to BTH structurally. The study on the superoxide radical scanvenging showed that the IC50 is as high as 1.013 g/L. The wild Paeconia latiflora can be useda s natural excellenta ntibiotica nda ntioxidem aterial.
