摘要
研究了超声辅助萃取法提取北方地区早园竹叶中黄酮的工艺。通过单因素试验确定了影响总黄酮得率的主要因素及其最佳水平范围,通过正交试验确定了最佳萃取条件。结果表明:用物料比为1:15(原料质量比溶剂体积比)80%的乙醇,在70℃、500W的超声强度下萃取125min,可以使总黄酮得率达到2.4%。
The ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of flavones from Ph. praecox leaf growing in the northern of China was studied. The main factors influencing the flavones extraction and their best levels were confirmed by the single factor analysis. And the optimum condition was confirmed by the orthogonal test. The results showed that the flavones extraction efficiency is 2.4% when the proportion of stuff mass is 1:15, ethanol volume is 80%, extraction time is 125 min, temperature is 70 ℃ and the power of ultrasonic is 500 W.
