AB-8树脂对半边旗提取液中黄酮的吸附作用 被引量:8

摘要 采用微波协同提取半边旗中的总黄酮,用分光光度法测定,AB-8大孔吸附树脂对黄酮进行吸附、纯化。研究结果表明,AB-8树脂对提取液中的黄酮有很好的吸附作用,且静态吸附的效果比动态吸附效果好。静态吸附的最佳工艺参数为:AB-8树脂与提取液以1:20(W/V)的比例,于25℃、pH5~6的条件下,提取液中的黄酮含量在1.5~2.5mg/ml范围,恒温震荡3h后;用60%的乙醇洗脱。在此条件下,半边旗黄酮提取液中黄酮总收率为87.4%。 The extraction and purification of the flavonoid from Pteris semipinnata L. was studied. The flavonoids were picked up by cooperated with microwave, and determined with spectrophotometer. The result showed that AB-8 resin had good sorption to the flavonoids of the extract from Pteris semipinnata L. and the effect of sorption with static state was better than with dynamic. The best technical parameter of sorption with static state of AB-8 macro porous resin were, the ratio of resin and extracts 1:20 (W/V), pH5~6, and the flavonoids content of the extract was 1.5~2.5 mg/ml, shaking 3 h at 25 ℃, then eluted with 60% ethanol. On these conditions, the callback rate of the flavonoids in the extracts from Pteris semipinnata L. is 87.4%.
