摘要
灵芝自古是我国的著名药用真菌,其含有多种生理调节因子。本研究通过单因素和正交试验,优化液体深层培养的营养搭配与环境条件,研究其对昆嵛山灵芝菌丝体生物量的综合影响。结果表明,适宜的培养基配方为:可溶性淀粉5.00%、牛肉膏2.00%、KH2PO40.10%、MgSO40.01%;适宜的环境条件为:初始pH5.5,发酵周期6d,搅拌转速150r/min,装液量30%。
Ganoderma lucidum is one of notable medicinal fung, and it includes many kinds of physiological regulation factors. The effect of nutrient demands and environment conditions of Mountain Kunyu wild Ganoderma lucidum on the mycelial biomass were studied respectively by single factor and orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimum formula was starch 5%, beef extract 2%, KH2PO4 0.10% and MgSO4 0.01%, and the fermentation conditions were as follows: initial pH 5.5, fermentation cycle 6 d, rev 150 r/min and medium capacity 30 %.
