二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠示差光度法测定微量铜 被引量:7

摘要 本实验对传统的二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠测定铜含量的方法进行了改进,采用示差光度技术使测量方法的线性范围向下扩展,在0.5~10.0μg铜/10ml萃取液的范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数R=0.9996。用于大米中铜含量的测定,回收率96%~103%。 In this research, the conventional determination method of trace copper by sodium diethyldithiocarbamate spectrophotometry was improved. Using the differential spectrophotometry, the linear range was downward extended. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.5~10.0 μg /10 ml ( R =0.9996). In determination of content of copper in rice, the recovery rate was about 96%~103%.
