摘要 免疫亲合色谱作为一种高效的样品前处理手段,能够大大提高检测效能。本文主要对免疫亲和色谱的原理和特点、它在食品安全中检测方面的应用以及它今后的发展状况做了如下综述。 As a high performance sample treatment measure, IAC can greatly improve the analysis capability. This paper covers the basic principle of IAC, characteristics of it and applications of IAC in food safety monitoring and gives the perspective of IAC in the future.
