高等职业学院校园文化是高职院校赖以生存和发展的基础,是高职院办学实力和竞争力的重要源泉。校园文化建设是高职院的一项基础性、战略性和前瞻性的工作。文章对我国高等职业学院校园文化建设中存在的一些问题进行了分析,并提出了改进建议。

The culture of campus of higher vocational institutes is not only the base for the institutes to survive and develop,but also the source of improving competitive strength for the institutes.The construction of campus culture in higher institute is a fundamental,strategic and forward looking task for school＇s construction.This article mainly analyzes and discusses how to strengthen the cultural construction on campus.
