高校大学生就业制度的变革使得大学生就业指导工作越来越受到重视,对高校就业指导进行了较为全面的概括,并就如何充分发挥就业指导的“指导”与“服务”功能,变现行的应对式“就业指导”为长期的“就业指导与服务”,如何在大学阶段实施全程化指导等方面做了详细的阐述。

More and more importance is attached to college students＇ employment guidance as a result of the reform of students＇ employment system.This paper generalizes students＇ employment guidance and discusses the following points：how to play the role of guidance and service on employment;how to change the current employment guide to the long-term employment guidance and service;how to implement whole-course guidance in college.
