摘要
目的:建立 HPLC 法测定塞克硝唑片中塞克硝唑的含量。方法:色谱柱为 Agilent Zorbox SB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾(15:85),检测波长为311 nm,流速为0.8 mL·min^(-1),进样量为20μL。结果:塞克硝唑进样量在0.2~2μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.7%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于塞克硝唑片剂的含量测定和质量控制。
Objective:To determine the contents of secnidazole tablets by RP - HPLC. Methods:The chromatographic column was Agilent zorbox SB- Cl8 (250 mmХ4. 6 mm,5 μm )with acetonirile-0. 05 mol·L^-l potassium dihydrogen phosphate (15: 85)as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 311 nm and the flow rate was 0. 8 mL ~ min-l, the amount of injection was 20 μL. Results:The calibration curves of secnidazole were linear in the range of 0. 2 -2 μg,the average recovery was 99. 7% (n =9). Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate, sensible and reproducible, which can be used for the determination both the raw material and preparations and of the quality control of secnidazole tablets.
