摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定盐酸奈法唑酮片的含量。方法:采用 Hypersil ODS2 C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.025mol·L^(-1)醋酸铵(含0.2%三乙胺)溶液(75:25)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长250nm。结果:含量测定的线性范围在50~1000μg·mL^(-1)之间,r=0.9999(n=7)线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD 为1.5%。结论:本方法准确、简便、快速,重复性好。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of nefazodone in tablets. Methods: Chroma- tographic conditions : Hypersil ODS2 C18 column (250 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm) , as stationary phase;mobile phase was methanol - 0. 025 mol · L^-1 ammonium acetate ( contain 0. 2% triethylaminer) solution ( 75: 25 ) ; the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 ,detection wavelength was set at 250 nm. Results:The linear range was from 50 μg · mL^-1 to 1000 μg · mL^-1 ;r=0. 9999(n =7). The average recovery was 99. 7% and RSD of 1.5%. Conclusion:The method is simple, sensitive, accurate.
