摘要 挖掘机行业一直以来采用的直流调速系统由于其存在的缺陷,逐渐将被高速发展的交流高性能调速技术所取代。本文分析了直接转矩控制技术的原理及其无测速传感器即可获得的高的转速控制精度和转矩动态响应,以及可实现真正的提升和推压机构零速悬停的特点,并通过对国内4m^3挖掘机的成功调试,最终证明了直接转矩控制技术可以完全适应挖掘机行业的应用。 Due to the limitation of DC drive applied on the excavator industry, it is trend for DC drive to be replaced by AC drive with high performance. In this paper, the principle of direct torque control (DTC) is analyzed and the performance of DTC without speed sensor are proven such as high speed precision and fast torque response, which ensure the lifting and push-press machine to suspend at zero speed stably. Eventually, it is verified for the features above by successful commissioning results in a four- stere prototype system.
