湖南省独立学院学生教育消费满意度现状分析

Analysis on the Present Satisfaction of Students towards Education Consumption in Hunan Independence College

独立学院在我国高等教育服务供不应求的背景下产生,并获得了长足发展,但独立学院所提供的高等教育服务质量如何呢?笔者以湖南省为例,选取湖南省3所独立学院,对其学生进行教育消费满意度调查,并与其母体公立高校的学生对比,结论是独立学院学生教育消费成本偏高,而满意度普遍偏低。文章探讨了导致这一问题的原因,并提出了提高学生教育消费满意度的措施。

Independent college in China generated in the context of demand for more higher education services and it had a rapid development. But what about the quality of its services？ To answer this question, Thes writers selected three independent colleges in Hunan Province as examples, through the survey and analysis of their students satisfaction on education consumption, we conclude that students in the independent college have higher costs and generally lower satisfaction with the status quo contrasted by their mother public university students. This article explores the cause leading to this situation and proposes measures to improve the students satisfaction on education consumption.
