摘要
本文从图书馆服务质量评价的方式入手,选取用户满意度作为评价的基础,并在此基础上构建评价指标模型和评价测评公式。最终依照该模型设计问卷,评价山西大学图书馆服务质量,并找出其服务中存在的差距。
This article begins from the evaluation methods of library service quality, and selects the user satisfaction rate to evaluate it. And then, the author constructs the appraisal target model and the appraisal formula. Finally, the article designs the survey questionaire according to the model, appraises Shanxi university libraries' service quality, and discovers problems which exist in its service.
