Copy Right of Opening Content in Open Access

开放内容的版权问题主要涉及电子印本和开放存取期刊两个方面,国际上对此有了积极、有效的探索。发展我国的开放存取事业,要注重版权利益关系的协调,要采取稳健的版权转化政策,要为开放存取立法,还要加强政府方面的推动措施。

The copyright of opening content mainly involves the two aspects ： the e - print and the Open Access journals. The international academic circle has had a deep and effective study on it. To promote Open Access movement in China ,we must pay more attention to the adjustment among different copyright interests, and adopt steady policy to transform the contents of copyright, and also make legislation to protect it. The government is surely responsible improving this movement.
