A Comparative Research on Investment Efficiency Induced by Three Entities in China's Regional Economy Growth

摘要立足我国区域经济3种不同类型投资效率的比较,本文通过实证发现1995—2004年间"地方政府公共投资效率>区域私人企业投资效率>区城公共企业投资效率",并结合创值理论进行了较为深入的解读和剖析。本文认为,1995—2004年间中国地方政府公共投资对区城经济增长发挥了极其重要的推动作用,这一研究结果虽受现实数据约束而存在一定的局限,但仍为区域公共投资政策提供了支持性的证据;与此同时,区域公共企业投资效率在总体上表现欠佳,暗示了进一步深化改革的必要性。 The paper examines the investment efficiencies made by three entities in 1995—2004.It is found that output efficiency of local public investment was higher that the output efficiency of investment by regional private en- terprises,which in was turn higher than that by regional public enterprises in China.According to our expla- nation,local public investment has strongly promoted regional economy growth,which offers the supporting ev- idence for regional public investment policy in China.Besides,we find that output efficiency of investment by regional public enterprises is the lowest on the whole,which implies the strong necessity of relative reform.
