摘要
本文用外部性理论定义绿色商业,分析它的内涵和特征,认为消费者、生产企业、商业企业间良性互动机制断裂,是我国绿色商业推广不开的根本原因。政府应当担负起构建绿色商业良性互动机制的责任,综合运用法律、行政和经济手段,实施规制、补偿、激励等措施促进其健康快速地发展。
This paper defines green business and analyzes its connotation and traits in terms of Externality Theory.It holds the view that the detachment of a healthy interactive mechanism among customers,manufacturers and businesses is the root of the unsuccessful promotion of green business in China.The government should shoul- der the responsibility to construct a healthy,interactive mechanism of green business,and to promote a healthy,rapid development,of green business with such measures as governance,compensation and motivation by employing legal,executive and economic approaches.
