The Practice of Building Mathematical Models to Control Infectious Diseases at Port

摘要 本文以SIR模型为基础,介绍了传染病数学模型的发展进程和研究动向,指出在口岸卫生检疫工作中,应用数学模型可描述传染病发展变化过程和传播规律,预测疾病发生的状态,评估各种预防措施的效果,为疾病防控提供依据。 The article introduces the development process and research tendency of the mathematical models about the infectious diseases on the basis of SIR model. The health and quarantine at port, the mathematical models can be used to describe the spread characters of infectious diseases, predict the status of the infection and evaluate the efficacy of control strategies, which are useful tools in diseases control decision making.
