摘要
目的规范抗-HIV ELISA检测质控工作,保证HIV检验结果的准确性。方法3个不同批号试剂测定抗-HIV质控血清常规条件下变异(RCV)数据并作质控图。结果不同批次试剂的内部对照OD值存在有批间差异;同批次试剂存在有孔间重复性差异和稳定性差异。结论通过完善医学检验认可机制和加强日常质控工作来确保HIV检测结果准确性。
Objective Advance the quality control in HIV screening detection laboratory, make sure the veracity of HIV inspection. Methods Adopt 3 different batches of reagent to examine variation data of anti-HIV serum under normal condition and draw quality control chart. Result The inner comparing value of different bactches is different. There are repeatitive difference and stability difference between ostium in the same batch. Conclusion In order to make sure the veracity of HIV inspection, it is important to perfect medical inspection certification and strength dialy quality control.
