摘要
本文制备了Al_F_3-LnF_3-MeF_2系列玻璃,研究了其形成、性质和结构特点。指出了碱土氟化物对玻璃形成有较大影响,碱土金属氟化物种类越多,玻璃形成能力越好。EXAFS和RDF测定分析表明,AlF_3·YbF_3·BaF_2·SrF_2玻璃具有共顶的正八面体结构。性质研究表明,AlF_3·LnF_3·MeF_2系玻璃可以成为优良的红外光纤和红外光学材料。
In this paper, fluoride glasses of the AlF_3-LnF_3-MeF_2 (Ln=La, Ce, Pr, Nd, …and Me=Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba) system have been prepared and their properties and structure characteristic are described. It is found that the alkali-earth fluoride is greatly contribute to the forming of the glass. The more the varlety of alkali-earth fluoride, the better the characteristic of glass formation. EXAFS and RDF measurements show that the AIF_3-YbF_2-BaF_2-SrF_2 glasses have the octahedral structure in which two fluorine atoms share a top point. The result indicates that the AlF_3-LnF_3-MeF_2 glass system is a new excellent material for Infrared optic and infrared optical fibers.
