摘要
本文通过对不同ZrO_2含量的ZrB_2陶瓷的力学性能及显微结构的研究,探讨了ZrO_2相变对ZrB_2陶瓷的强度和韧度的影响,分析了各种增强与增韧的机制,用能量平衡理论讨论了强度和韧度增加的原因。结果表明,利用ZrO_2相变效应,可以有效地提高ZrB_2陶瓷的弯曲强度和断裂韧度。
The effects of ZrO_2 transformation on the strength and toughness of ZrB_2 ceramics were studied based on the mechanical properties and microstructure of ZrB_2 ceramics containing 0—30wt% of ZrO_2. The strengthening and toughening mechanisms were also discussed by means of several strengthening and toughening models, and by the use of energy-balance theory. Results show that the bending strength and toughness of ZrB_2 ceramics can be effectively increased by the aid of ZrO_2 transformation.
