摘要
本文应用双粒子集团近似和离散路径积分技术相结合的方法,研究了用横向伊辛模型描述的无限铁磁超晶格的热力学性质,讨论了超晶格的临界温度与其几何结构、交换作用强度的关系,得出了自发磁化强度随温度的变化关系。
A method which combines the two - site cluster approximation and the discretizedpath - integral representation (DPIR) is proposed to study thermodynamic properties of ferromagnetic superlattice consisting of two alternating materials, which is described by simple spin - 1/2 transverse Ising model. The dependence of the critical temperature of superlattice on the geometric structure and the coupling strengths in the interface and bulk layers is studied. The dependence of the spontaneous magnetiztion on the temperature is also studied.
