摘要
本文提出了钒(V)催化H2O2氧化桑色素褪色反应体系的新催化光度法.本方法灵敏度高,选择性好.适用于人发样中痕量钒(V)的测定.
In this paper a new method for the catalytic photonletric determination of trace vanadium (V) has been introduced. The method is based on trace vanadium (V ) catalysing otidation of morin by hydrogen perotlde. The method has good selectivity and precision. It has been used to determine trace vanaditim (V ) in human hair with satisfactory results.
