摘要
本文提出一种新的方法──归一化加权排队法,用于确定多种量比评价方法的综合预测结论。该方法能够合理地考虑预测矩阵中元素的具体数值和分布规律,避免了简单排队法的一些缺陷,从而使综合评价结论更加合理。
In this paper, a new method for determining the comprehensive prediction conclusion of several quantificaton metbeds is put forward, which is called normalized and weighted queuing method. The distribution pattern and the data characteristics of the elements in a prcdiction matrix can be considered rationally in this method. Based on this method, some defects of the simple queuing rnethod can be overcome, and the compiehensive prediction conclusion is more rational.
