摘要
试验了艾斯卡试剂半熔温度对离子色谱法测定多金属结核中碘的影响,选定半熔温度为670℃可控制锰酸盐的形成以消除其对测碘的干扰。用此法测定多金属结核标样中碘,其结果与信息值符合,9次测定的RSD小于25%,加标回收率在955%~97%。
A method for determination of trace iodine in polymetallic nodules by Eschka mixture semi_melting, ion chromatography was developed. Semi_melting temperature of 670℃ was selected in order to control the formation of manganates and eliminate the interferences from manganates. The method was applied to the determination of trace iodine in standard polymetallic nodule reference materials. The results were in good agreement with information values. The recoveries of iodine were 95.5%~97% with precision of <2.5% RSD( n =9).
