建设和谐校园是构建社会主义和谐社会的客观要求,是保持高校协调、持续、健康发展的必然要求,是实现高校安定团结的基本前提;建设和谐校园要做到"依法治校"与"以德治校"相结合,硬件建设与软件建设相结合,培育大学精神与弘扬时代精神相结合,把握正确的理论导向和倡导学术自由相结合。
