三种长效局麻药在剖宫产术后的镇痛效果观察

EFFECT OBSERVATION OF BUPIVACAINE,LEVO-BUPIVACAINE AND ROPIVACAINE USED FOR PCA AFTER CAESAREAN SECTION

目的比较布比卡因、左布比卡因和罗哌卡因在剖宫产术后硬膜外镇痛的效果。方法随机把60名剖宫产患者分成三组,均以0.2%浓度的布比卡因、左布比卡因、罗哌卡因复合芬太尼(0.2mg/100ml)行术后镇痛。观察各组术后24小时镇痛效果及副反应。结果三组患者的镇痛效果无显著性差异(p>0.05),罗哌卡因组的副反应明显比其它两组少(p<0.05)。结论布比卡因、左布比卡因、罗哌卡因用于剖宫产的术后镇痛效果确切且相同,在副反应方面罗哌卡因明显少于其它两种药物。

Objective To compare the effects of post - operative analgesia of bupivaeaine, levo - bupivacaine and ropivacaine for obstetric patients. Method 60 patients underwent caesarean section were divided into three groups randomly, each group had 20 cases. Analgesic complexed fluid contained 0.2% bupivaaine, 0.2% levo - bupivacaine or 0.2% ropivacaine with fentanyl 0.2 mg/100 ml, and they were use for patient- controlled epidural analgesia for above groups respectively after operation. Analgesic effect and side effect were observed. Result Analgesic effects of three groups were the same （p 〉0.05）. Ropivacaine group had less sides effects than the other two groups （p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Bupivacaine, levo - bupivacaine and ropivacaine had the same analgesic effect for obstetric patients postoperatively. Ropivacaine had fewer side effects than the other two drugs.
