摘要
根据“体积补偿”(VC)公式计算了Lu_αNd_βY_(1-α-β)Alo_3晶体中掺质离子Lu^(3+)和Nd^(2+)的质佳浓度比(μ/β)。生长了各种不同的α和β值的Lu_αNd_βY_(1-α-β)AlO_3[(简称(Lu^(3-),Nd^(3+)):yAlO_3]单晶,并对它们的晶格参数、光学均匀性、散射颗粒密度、光谱特性及激光性能做了测了测量和比较。发现了用“VC”掺杂的Lu_αNd_βY_(1-α-β)AlO_3晶体的光学质量得到了改善。
According to the 'Volume Compensation' (VC) formula, the optimal concentration ratio(a/β) of the dopant ions, Lu^(3+) and Nd^(3+) in Lu_α Nd_β Y_(1-α-β)AlO_3 crystal is calculated. A variety of Lu_α Nd_β Y_(1-α-β) AlO_3 single crystals with different values of α and β are grown and their lattice parameters, optical homogeneities, scattering particle densities, spectral properties and laser performances are measured and compared. It is found that the optical quality of the 'VC' doped Lu_αNd_βY_(1-α-β)AlO_3 crystals can be improved.
