电厂循环冷却水阻垢缓蚀剂筛选及评价研究

Screening and evaluation research of scale and corrosion inhibitor in power plant circulating cooling water

电厂循环冷却水系统在投加阻垢缓蚀剂之前,需要针对不同的药剂,根据现场水质工艺条件进行筛选和评价。文中采用静态阻垢法、鼓泡法、极限碳酸盐法对药剂阻垢性能进行评价,采用旋转挂片法对药剂的缓蚀性能进行了评价。通过试验研究,确定了适合电厂应用的药剂。

Before add scale and corrosion inhibitor in power plant circulating cooling water system, for different needs of pharmaceutical, and according to the quality of water on-site to do the selection and evaluation. This paper adopted static scale prevention, bubbling, the limited carbonate for scale performance evaluation, the samples are hanged up and rotated in the solution to evaluate the inhibition of pharmaceutical properties. After the test, then it determined the appropriate pharmaceutical for plant.
