中国的立法机关在制定民法典的工作中，确定了要制定单独的《侵权责任法》的任务，并且将来要在民法典中作为单独的一编，使侵权责任法在民法典中，与物权法、合同法、亲属法、继承法一样，具有一个相对独立的地位。目前这项工作正在进行中．不久的将来，《侵权责任法》就会面世。那么，正在制定的中国《侵权责任法》究竟有哪些特点呢？特做以下介绍．
In the process of enacting a civil code, China＇s national legislature -the National People＇s Congress （NPC） -has set the target of enacting a separate law on liabilities for tort, which will make up an independent part ofthe future civil code of China, in order that the law on liabilities for torts will be of a relatively independent status in the civil law family, like the law of property, the contract law, the law on domestic relations and the inheritance law. Presently, the making of the law on liabilities for torts is underway.
