远程地压监控技术在地下矿山中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 随着地下开采深度的不断增加,地压控制也越来越重要。结合地下采矿工程地压监控的需要,根据矿山的地压活动特点,提出采用远程地压监控技术来对矿山地压进行研究。研究在受限空间环境下,地下采矿远程地压监控系统的结构组成,并且对软件系统、硬件系统、网络系统进行研究与设计。结合采矿工程的特点,分析应力、位移、压力等传感器的布置要求。通过对地压的监测,得出该矿山的地压活动特点与矿柱目前的稳定性情况。实践结果表明,采矿地压远程监控自动化系统运行稳定,数据准确,能解决人工监测所不能解决的诸如测试人员人身安全、实时监测、已破坏岩体的监测等问题,是采矿地压监控新的发展方向,同时,也是数字化矿山的重要组成部分。 With the development of depth in underground mining,the controlling of ground pressure is becoming more and more important.Combining with the need of ground pressure monitoring in underground mining,and according to the characteristics of ground pressure in an underground mine in Hubei Province,the remote monitoring technology is put forward.The structure of remote monitoring system in underground mining with limited area is studied.And the software system,the hardware system and the network system are studied and designed.Combining with the characteristics of mining engineering,the arrangement requirements of sensors,such as stress sensors,displacement sensors,and pressure sensors,are analyzed.By monitoring the ground pressure,the characteristics of ground pressure in underground mine and the stability status of pillars are acquired.The application demonstrates that the automatic remote monitoring system operates normally,and the date is accurate.It can solve the problems such as the security of monitoring individuals,real time monitoring,measurement in broken rock mass,etc..It is a new direction of pressure monitoring in underground mining,and it is an important part of digital mines.
