摘要
用4种不同的南瓜(cucurbita moschata)砧木中原共生Z101、圣砧三号、西光和K2-902对欧洲型黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)品种春秋王和华南型黄瓜品种沪杂6号进行嫁接,试验结果表明:2个黄瓜品种与4种砧木的嫁接亲和性都较好;嫁接苗的茎粗大于自根苗,生长势强;嫁接果实中Vc含量下降,而可溶性糖含量增加,可溶性蛋白含量除了春秋王/K2902低于对照外,其它组合都高于对照。春秋王嫁接苗果实的风味只有春秋王/K2902比自根苗差,而沪杂6号嫁接苗的果实风味普遍都比自根苗淡。综合分析,中原共生Z101和圣砧三号比较适合做春秋王和沪杂6号的嫁接砧木。
The Europe type cucumber variety ＂Chunqiuwang＂ and South China type ＂Huza No. 6＂ were grafted on the 4 different pumpkin rootstocks of Zhongyuangongsheng Z101, Shengzhen No. 3, Xiguang and K2 -902. The survival rate, growth and fruit quality after grafting were studied. The results showed that, Chunqiuwang and Huza No. 6 have good graft compatibility with 4 rootstocks ; Stem diameter of grafting cucumber is bigger than that of self - rooted cucumber, the growth potential is better; In the grafting cucumber fruit, the Vc content is decreased and the soluble sugar content is increased, the soluble protein contents in grafting combinations except Chunqiuwang/K2 - 902 are higher than that in self - rooted cucumber. In the grafting combinations of Chunqiuwang, the fruit flavor of Chunqiuwang/K2 - 902 is worse than that of selfrooted cucumber, which is the same as the grafting combinations of Huza No. 6. Generally analyzed, Zhongyuangongsheng Z101 and Shengzhen No. 3 are the suitable rootstocks for Chunqiuwang and Huza No. 6.
