硅酸盐矿物中硅的Auger参数及其构型 被引量:2

摘要 本文以MgK_o的韧致辐射激发SiKLL,测定了20个分别代表岛状、链状、层状.架状4种构型的硅酸盐矿物中Si的Auger参数值;引用了环状硅酸盐矿物绿宝石的文献值,从22组数据中总结出硅酸盐矿物中Si的Auger参数值依岛状、环状、链状、层状、架状构型顺序递减的规律,并分析了原因,解释了例外情况。 Auger parameters for quartz and 19 pecies of silicate mineral, representing island-, chain-, layer- and framework types respectively, are measured by using the bremsstrahlung from a conventional magnesium X-ray source to excite the Auger peak SiKLL of silicon in silicates. Values for the Auger parameter of silicon in beryl, taken from literatures, are quoted for silicate of ring type.From 22 sets of data listed in tab.1, it can be summarised that the Auger parameter value of silicon in silicate minerals decreases in the order of island-, ring-, chain-, layer- and framework types. Some main reasons are given and exceptional case is explained.
