摘要
研究了在金属粉末/聚苯胺电磁屏蔽材料中,加入不同的聚苯胺体积分数对15%金属镍粉的电磁屏蔽材料屏蔽效能的影响。从聚苯胺加入量的不同对屏蔽组分分散性的影响及结构差别,分析了影响屏蔽效能的原因。实验结果表明,当使用二次掺杂的聚苯胺溶液体积分数为20%时,电磁屏蔽材料的导电性和屏蔽效能最好。扫描电镜分析的结果表明,此时电磁屏蔽材料的分散性也最佳。说明屏蔽组分在电磁屏蔽材料中的分布状态对屏蔽效能具有非常重要的作用。
Effect of volume fraction of polyaniline in metal powder/polyaniline composite on shielding efficiency has been discussed, which was explained by effect of addition of polyaniline on dispersion distribution of shielding component in matrix. Experimental results showed that optimized conductivity and shielding efficiency would be obtained when the volume fraction of polyaniline was around 20% where good dispersion was observed in SEM. The dispersion of shielding component in matrix played impoitant role in shielding efficiency of shielding materials.
